Our estates reconfiguration plans to improve patient access have been approved. The new integrated care navigation centre would facilitate an improved infrastructure to manage our phone lines and reduce wait times for our patients.
We are currently working closely with NHSE and CCG to put a proposal in place to implement these changes without inconveniencing our patients.
We will be in touch in January with an update on when we envisage three site closures; Lightmoor, Highfield and Aqueduct will take place.
