Telford Healthy Hearts campaign aims to reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack for people at risk
Whilst the death rate in Telford & Wrekin has improved in recent years, too many people continue to have strokes and heart attacks that could be preventable. Telford & Wrekin Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is working with local GPs, hospital specialists and the wider NHS to identify ways to help.
The 12 month programme launches on 14th February 2019
