Dear Patients
Currently Teldoc are switching over to a new telephone service as part of a new service provision to all GP practices in Telford and Wrekin. Whilst every effort is being made to minimise disruption to services and to telephone access some disruption cannot be avoided. We apologise for any inconvenience you might experience. Going forward the new system will give us increased call capacity and provide a better experience for all patients.

Please note the Practice will be taking part in mandatory training from 1.00pm on 4th March 2026
All services are provided by Health Hero via 111, these will be available for all urgent appointments, prescriptions and enquiries during this afternoon, however, patients will still be able to access the Practice via the phone, Health Co-Pilot and at the main sites for all routine requests. No same day appointments will be offered AFTER 1.00pm.
