Technical Fault – Text Messaging Issues

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the multiple text messages you may have received from us late last week and into Friday night.

This was caused by an unexpected technical glitch with our new messaging provider. While we worked to resolve it immediately, the messages continued to send.

We have since reverted to our previous, reliable provider and are confident this issue has been fully resolved.

We truly regret any inconvenience or disruption this may have caused.

    I have blocked the number the times that some of these messages were coming through was unacceptable I received 9 in total before I made the decision to block the number.

      We can but apologise for the inconvenience caused and we particularly regret the times that some of these messages were being delivered. We did all we could to get this situation resolved late on Friday but ultimately we had very little direct control over the issue. We have now reinstated our previous messaging supplier to ensure that this cannot happen again and we are ensuring that a thorough investigation takes place with the provider in question. We respectfully ask you to consider unblocking our number in order that you can continue to receive important notifications via SMS.
