Testimonials

"Just a note to thank you for your invaluable help since you visited. In particular, thank you for completing the blue badge forms which are quite lengthy and daunting. This will make a huge difference to my quality of life enabling me to get out and take part in social events. I have also been to the Independent living centre and am expecting to receive some equipment soon which will help me in my home to be more independent and crucially, safe. I am now using sticks to walk which helps my stability and have a walker for longer distances. All in all your direct help and referrals to other agencies has been a huge help. Thank you so much."
“The service I have recently received from Tel-doc Social Prescribing has been second to none. I have been assisted in several matters without question with speed and efficiency that is hard to find. Indeed since my life was turned upside-down in March 2022 I have had slow responses, no responses and incorrect information from many other sectors which can easily sink you back down after weeks of waiting and hoping for help. Laura has been a bright guiding light, no nonsense, following through with written information and emails making life a lot easier to cope with. A welcome service to anyone In need of their varied catalogue of knowledge.”
“Thank you so much, it was an absolute pleasure to meet someone who can perfectly balance professional effectiveness and helpfulness, with such a wonderful empathetic and caring personality. You have achieved in one day more than many others over a long period of time. Though my mother does not like 'outsiders' being involved in her private life, she was very impressed with "that lovely young lady"... ... THANK YOU.”
