Access to our services is changing in line with Government initiatives.

All contacts, both online, or via telephone will follow a triage pathway used by our clinical team. We hope to reduce the 8am rush for appointments allowing better access for all based on clinical needs. After submission of the clinical details via Health Co-Pilot, patients will be notified of the outcome following our clinical teams triage.

 

How to Use Our Online Service

Get help from your GP with our Health Co-pilot online service, that is easier and quicker than calling the surgery. You can submit your symptoms online to be assessed by an in-house clinician to receive advice, or an appointment. Use this service to get help with, any medical query, self-help, cancellation of an appointment or reporting of a death.

Consult with your doctor online. Healthcare at your fingertips. Ask the surgery for more details.

To access Health co-pilot, click the link and follow the simple instructions. You may be required to provide your NHS number

Select your service – Start by selecting the service you need, for example, sick notes, appointment advice, self-help or reporting a death.

Fill in your information – Give details of your request by following the prompts and giving as much information as possible to aid us in assessing your medical need.

Contact from your GP – Depending upon your medical need we will contact you to arrange an appointment or provide you with advice by text or phone.
